🌍 From Technical Training to Clinical Practice | LBT Customer Training

Recently, LBT welcomed a customer team from Mongolia 🇲🇳 for a two-week training program in China.
🏭 Week 1 | Training at LBT
During the first week, the team received systematic training at LBT, combining theoretical learning with hands-on practice. ⚙️
The training covered the fundamentals of the medical cyclotron, system operation, routine maintenance and practical exercises, helping the team build a solid understanding of the equipment and its operation.
🏥 Week 2 | Training at an Operating Hospital
In the second week, the training moved from the factory to a hospital operating an LBT cyclotron system.
☢️ In a real clinical environment, the team followed the daily workflow from cyclotron operation and radioisotope production to FDG synthesis, quality control and PET/CT clinical application. 🔬
By combining factory-based technical training 🏭 + hospital-based practical learning 🏥, the two-week program provided the team with a more complete understanding of both the equipment itself and the overall nuclear medicine workflow.
🤝 Training and knowledge transfer are an important part of LBT’s international project support. We look forward to seeing our Mongolian partners apply what they have learned as their project moves forward.
